- Must live in Toledo, Ohio
- Must be active on Instagram. (All applicants will be vetted and audited)
- Instagram must be Public so Muddy Toledo can access your page to be vetted
- Must have Toledo Pride. Besides, why promote Toledo if you're not proud of it.
